Mr Maguire is a professional trumpet player and teacher. He was the Co-Principal Trumpet of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra for ten years before moving to London. He also plays with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra and BBC Concert Orchestra and has performed many times at the BBC Proms.
